BNP Paribas Personal Finance celebrated a second group of its colleagues completing the company's Leadership Graduation Programme at St John's Hotel, Solihull.
The training programme, designed to increase leadership capability to enable and support the company's ambitious growth plans, launched in September 2016 and saw the first group graduate in April this year. The seven month programme helps improve awareness of individuals' leadership styles and develops skills to build high performing teams.
Vicky Waters, Head of Learning and Development at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, said: “I am delighted that so far 19 of our Leaders who report into our Board have graduated from our Leadership Development Programme. This is a great example of how our business is investing in people and ensuring they have the right skills to manage future challenges effectively. They have learned how to take their Leadership skills to a more advanced level and have shared how they and the business have gained value from this development.”
