As a leading employer, with over 650 colleagues based at the company's Solihull headquarters, BNP Paribas Personal Finance was delighted to be recognised for its achievements at the Solihull BID Excellence Awards.
The annual awards run by Solihull Business Improvement District (BID) were held at St Johns Hotel and showcase the breadth of talent and innovation in Solihull town centre.
With an ongoing commitment to help bridge the gap between education and the workplace, BNP Paribas Personal Finance has been active in taking on apprenticeships and providing practical on the job development opportunities for young people. Taylor Mullings, who joined from Birmingham College, scooped the Best Apprentice award which the company won for the second time running.
Next up was the Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Project award for which BNP Paribas Personal Finance was highly commended for its contributions to the local community through a variety of fundraising, volunteering and environmental initiatives.
