Colleagues at BNP Paribas Personal Finance were delighted to win two awards at the inaugural Northern Ireland Contact Centre Network Awards held in Belfast.  The awards celebrate the talent and achievements within the contact centre industry and BNP Paribas Personal Finance was highly commended as Contact Centre of the Year.  The awards didn't stop there with David Sloan also winning the Support Manager of the Year award. 

With two UK based contact centres in Solihull and Belfast, BNP Paribas Personal Finance is committed to developing its people and delivering a a great customer experience across all its consumer finance activities ranging from point of sale finance, credit cards and personal loans to insurance premium finance and its recently launched motor finance solutions.
