BNP Paribas Personal Finance, the Solihull-based provider of card, retail finance and loyalty solutions has been shortlisted for The Loyalty Awards, which celebrates excellence, innovation and best practice within the industry.
BNP Paribas has been nominated in two categories for its outstanding partnership work with Department store, Beales, including the award for Best card based loyalty programme and Best coupon or voucher based loyalty programme.

BNP Paribas Personal Finance worked with Beales to introduce a new "Love Rewards" programme to connect with customers and develop long-term profitable relationships. As a result, BNP Paribas Personal Finance has been able to use the data collected from customer interactions intelligently to; generate customer insight, and build ongoing value for the customer through personalised offers and rewards.
The "Love Rewards" programme was developed to offer a compelling reason for Beales different shopper types to enrol as members, under-pinned by a generous reward currency and an appropriate set of customer benefits including special offers, promotions and access to priority information about new collections and product ranges. Winners of the 2014 Loyalty Awards will be announced on Tuesday 10 June.
