BNP Paribas Personal Finance is delighted to signal its ongoing commitment to Belfast through opening its new, innovative office space to support agile, flexible working. The company, a leading provider of consumer finance solutions, has enjoyed a presence in Belfast since 2006 with its operations, including a modern contact centre, complementing those at its headquarters in Solihull.
BNP Paribas Personal Finance believes moving its existing office in Belfast to a new, modern space will help support its ambitious growth plans. The hi-tec environment includes hot desking, instant access meeting facilities and space efficient hubs designed to improve communication and collaborative working.
The eco-friendly space combines smart use of open plan working and break out areas to boost creativity and productivity. It also features acoustic screens and rafters made from recycled bottle flake and energy efficient improvements to support the company's CSR agenda.
Stephen Hunt, CEO, comments: "Our business is going from strength to strength and off the back of record growth we're investing in a new, modern workspace where our amazing teams have a more creative environment to achieve their potential. This new agile way of working enables us to embrace technology and create a different mindset to drive increased colleague satisfaction and an improved experience for our customers and partners".
