Over the past couple of months, both our colleagues and our customers have had to adapt to a new “normal” in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We sat down with our Chief Operations Officer, Claire Moore, to discuss how the business has found new ways of working that allow our colleagues to remain ‘customer obsessed’ whilst working remotely.

BNP PARIBAS DIRECTS FURTHER SUPPORT TO UK COVID-19 RELIEF EFFORTS
BNP Paribas' UK arm today said it will direct a further £500,000 to supporting disadvantaged, vulnerable and isolated people impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic in the UK. This is in addition to £500, 000 committed last week to London’s Imperial Health Charity and brings the total amount of donations by the BNP Paribas group to over $55 million worldwide.

BNP Paribas has organised a global response to the COVID-19 crisis. The direct support plan, activated in over 30 countries, provides local support for hospitals, vulnerable populations and young people. The additional commitment brings the Group's contribution to over €50m.
