Colleagues at the leading consumer provider BNP Paribas Personal Finance are delighted the company has been named as a Disability Confident employer.

The accreditation recognises BNP Paribas Personal Finance's commitment to supporting people with disabilities, which is just part of the company's focus on being an inclusive employer.

Disability Confident is a government scheme championed by the Department for Work and Pensions and it focuses on the recruitment and retention of people with physical and mental disabilities. There are three levels: 1. Committed, 2. Employer and 3. Leader.  This is a nationally recognised scheme and BNP Paribas Personal Finance is now looking to continue its journey to work proactively with the local disability community and support its colleagues.
