MEET OUR NEW HEAD OF NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR INSURANCE PREMIUM FINANCE AT BIBA 2022

And from 11th – 12th May, we will once again showcase our full line up of insurance premium finance solutions at this year’s BIBA conference at Manchester Central.
Organised by the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA), the annual conference is the UK's largest insurance broking event and a standout event in our calendar. It will be the first time the conference has brought people together in person in over three years and organisers have chosen ‘Our Insurance Community’ as this year’s theme. This will offer businesses, friends and colleagues the opportunity to reunite, share ideas and make new contacts.
Michael Phillips, Director of Premium Finance at BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK, says: “As a business, we have grown significantly over the last 3 years and are excited to draw upon our successes in order to help even more brokers to grow their businesses.
“Not only is this a great way for us to network and meet new brokers, but it’s also a great opportunity for us to reunite with our existing brokers who we may not have seen face to face for several years.”
This year’s conference also coincides with the appointment of Nihat Hassan, who recently joined our Insurance Premium Finance Team as Head of New Business Development as part of our ambitious growth plans.
Nihat will be joining Michael and the team on the stand at BIBA, where they’ll be demonstrating our expertise in delivering outstanding financial solutions that brokers, and their customers, can trust.
Commenting on Nihat’s appointment, Michael said, “We are delighted to be introducing Nihat as our Head of New Business Development at BIBA 2022. His extensive experience in the sector will make him a valuable addition to the team and will benefit both us as a business and our brokers.
“We have grown our broker base by more than 60% over the past two years, and Nihat’s appointment will help open doors to even more potential new partnerships.”
On why he was initially attracted to BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK, Nihat commented that he was impressed by the “vibrant, innovative brand” and saw “endless windows of opportunity available within the sector” that he was keen to explore.
